Honda CRF450R Flat Tracker

We started with a 2014 CRF450R, arguably the best motocross bike money can buy. And went to work on turning this snappy, powerful crosser into a smooth, thundering race weapon. The suspension is the main focus when converting these bikes. Reducing ride height and travel and stiffening the spring rate is the first thing. We opted for a set of 2010 sprung Showa full adjustable forks to replace the KYB air fork that comes on these later models.
The rear shock was lowered & re-sprung with adjustable linkage to change the ride height for different tracks.
the engine has been rebuilt with a Hotcam, Wiseco piston and full Akrapovic titanium race exhaust system.
